Our Returns Policy
At Hprinteruk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer flexible return options.
What Can Be Returned?
- Defective Products: Within the warranty period, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for confirmed defects.
- Unopened Products:
- Compatible/Remanufactured: 90 days
- OEM: 30 days
- Other Items: 14 days
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened OEM ink, toner, or drum units
- Opened ink refill kits
- Final sale, clearance, or open-boxed items
Warranty Periods:
Warranty periods vary by manufacturer. Please check the manufacturer’s website for details.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service for a return authorization (RA).
- Pack the unopened item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your invoice with the RA number.
- Ship the package using a trackable method (we recommend insuring it).
Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective Items: We may cover return shipping with a prepaid label (restrictions apply).
- Non-Defective Returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- For unopened, non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
- Defective items: You’ll receive a full refund for the product cost (shipping not included).
- Cartridges printing less than 50% of the page yield: Partial refund as store credit (misuse or improper maintenance not covered).
Additional Information:
- Modifying a product without Hprinteruk authorization voids the warranty.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Orders cannot be canceled or changed once processed.
- Incorrectly purchased products require a return authorization and customer covers return shipping.
- Price discrepancies on the website can be adjusted within 7 days for store credit.
- Orders with incorrect shipping information may incur additional charges.
- Missing or wrong items must be reported within 14 days.
- Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 14 days.
